Our hives are located among <strong data-start=\"343\" data-end=\"382\">pine forests, rosemary, and heather<\/strong>, within a Mediterranean ecosystem rich in botanical diversity.<\/p><p data-start=\"449\" data-end=\"815\">We work <strong data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"519\">by hand and with respect for the natural cycle of the bees<\/strong>, avoiding any excessive heating or filtering. In this way, our honey retains all its <strong data-start=\"605\" data-end=\"654\">purity, floral aromas, and natural properties<\/strong>.
