DESERT DE LES PALMES
At Mos de Bresca, we produce organic honey harvested in the protected surroundings of the Desert de les Palmes, a natural area that unites the sea and the mountains in the province of Castellón. Our hives are located among pine forests, rosemary, and heather, within a Mediterranean ecosystem rich in botanical diversity.
We work by hand and with respect for the natural cycle of the bees, avoiding any excessive heating or filtering. In this way, our honey retains all its purity, floral aromas, and natural properties. Each harvest is unique and reflects the vegetation of the park — rosemary, thyme, heather, and orange blossom, depending on the flowering of each season.
Our honey preserves all its natural qualities — it’s never filtered, overheated, or pasteurized. We produce it according to European organic standards, in our own extraction and packaging facility, where every step is carried out with the utmost care and craftsmanship.
