NATURAL HONEY FROM PENYAGOLOSA
At Mos de Bresca, we produce organic mountain honey harvested in the natural surroundings of Penyagolosa, the heart of Castellón. Our work combines traditional beekeeping with deep respect for the biodiversity of the natural parks where our bees live.
We harvest our honey by hand, without excessive heating or filtering, to preserve its floral aromas, enzymes, and natural properties intact. Each batch reflects the unique flora of every season — rosemary, thyme, lavender, or heather, depending on the time of harvest.
Our philosophy is rooted in sustainable beekeeping and the well-being of our hives. That’s why we never use chemicals or industrial processes, ensuring raw, pure, and local honey, delivered directly from the beekeeper to the consumer.
Our honey preserves all its natural properties because it is neither filtered, reheated, nor pasteurized. Moreover, we produce it following the European organic standards. We have our own extraction and packaging room, which allows us to ensure the utmost care throughout this fully artisanal process.
