Our honeys are harvested around Penyagolosa, the most emblematic mountain range in Castellón’s interior. Here, altitude and a pure mountain climate foster an extraordinary diversity of wildflowers.

The bees collect nectar from rosemary, thyme, lavender, and heather, creating an aromatic, full-bodied honey — a faithful expression of the Mediterranean highlands of the Alto Maestrazgo.

At Mos de Bresca, we produce organic mountain honey in the heart of Penyagolosa, where pine forests, thyme, and heather thrive under a pure and mild mountain climate. In this privileged environment, our bees find a rich and diverse wild flora, resulting in a honey with intense aromas and unique nuances.

Each harvest is carried out by hand, with patience and deep respect for the natural balance of the hive. We never overheat or over-filter our honey, preserving all its natural properties and authentic flavor. The result is a honey that faithfully captures the essence of inland Castellón — natural, pure, and full of life.

RAW AND ORGANIC HONEY

Our honey preserves all its natural properties because it is neither filtered, reheated, nor pasteurized. In addition, we produce it according to European organic standards.

We have our own extraction and packaging room, which allows us to ensure the utmost care in this completely artisanal process.
